Before using web chat or paid API requests, confirm that the account has available credit.

## WeChat Pay

Sign in to the [console](https://infistar.ai/console), open **Wallet Management**, select an amount, and complete the WeChat payment. Return to the wallet and confirm the updated balance.

## Redemption codes

If you purchased a code through an ecommerce platform, open **Wallet Management → Redemption Code**, paste the complete code, confirm redemption, and check the balance.

Each code can be used only once. Do not share an unused code. See [Ecommerce redemption steps (Chinese)](/ecommerce-redemption/redemption-steps) for the purchasing workflow.

## Payment completed but balance unchanged

Do not pay again immediately. Refresh the wallet, preserve the payment order or redemption record, and contact [support (Chinese)](/contact-feedback/contact-feedback) with the relevant account and order information. Never post your password, full API key, or full redemption code publicly.
