Open [Infistar Chat](https://infistar.ai/chat) and sign in. You do not need to install a client or create an API key.

## Start and switch models

1. Select the group you want to use.
2. Open the model selector at the top left and choose a model available in that group.
3. Enter your question and send it.

Check [Models and pricing](https://infistar.ai/pricing) for capabilities and prices. Use a general chat model for questions and summaries, a coding model for code, or a vision model for image input. If a model is missing, check the selected group.

To switch models, select the group and then another model. Switching does not delete messages already sent. Start a new conversation for a different topic; longer conversations can send more history and consume more credit.

## If no answer arrives

Check your wallet balance, try another available model, then refresh and start a new conversation. If the problem continues, [contact support](/en/contact-feedback/contact-feedback) with the time and model name.
